Surprise MacDonald’s interest in technology began around 2005, when he started exploring computers, the internet and what technology could make possible.
He later studied at CTU Training Solutions and developed skills in Systems Development and Systems Support. That interest grew into practical experience across website design, web hosting, digital marketing, IT support and solving everyday technology problems.
In 2017, he founded Sherrlinn Network to help businesses use technology to grow, improve how they work and reach greater opportunities. He enjoys understanding difficult problems, simplifying them and working through them step by step.
Helping people remains central to his approach. When Sherrlinn can solve a problem, the goal is to solve it properly. When an issue falls outside its capabilities, the priority is still to help the client identify a trustworthy route to the support they need.
